Retainers start from 10 hours per month and can scale up to 50 hours, giving you dedicated time in the Sidekick calendar, consistent support and a preferential retained rate.

Your level of support can be tailored around your needs, giving you the flexibility to access experienced EA support without paying for more time than you actually use.

For one-off pieces of work, a project rate can sometimes be the simplest option.

This could include things like Board Evaluation Surveys, meeting support, presentations or other clearly defined projects.

We’ll agree the scope and cost with you upfront, so you know exactly what to expect.

For occasional or one-off requirements, ad hoc support is available subject to capacity. This is ideal if you need an extra pair of hands for a specific task, a particularly busy period or some short-term additional support.

Ad hoc work is charged at a higher hourly rate than retained support and is booked around existing client commitments.
