This option is best suited to you if you either wish to use this service on a one-off occasion or have a small amount of work that you need help with from time to time. There is a minimum charge of one hour & thereafter time is tracked & is rounded up or down to the nearest 15 minutes, a time report is then sent to you along with your invoice. The pay as you go rate is perfect for those that want to make full use of the Personal Sidekick service without the monthly commitment.

Sometimes it is easier to set a fixed price for a particular task such as annual Board Evaluation Surveys or monthly Board minutes etc.  An initial quote is given based on the scope provided but can be subject to revision if parameters of the project later change. 

If you require regular, ongoing support with the added benefit of guaranteeing availability in the calendar then a retainer would be the best option for you. Retainers will be invoiced monthly in advance, unused time is non-transferable. No hidden cost, no-tie ins just one set monthly price to suit your budget. For those that would like to use the service on a longer term basis then further discounts will be offered based on a 3, 6, or 12 month commitment – retainer pricing ranges from £34-£40 per hour excl VAT.
